How I Got Rid of my Plantar Warts(Kulugo) with Zinc Sulfate
I noticed a round callous like fish eye on my foot and it hurts when I applied pressure on it. At first, I thought it was foot ulcer caused by diabetes. I'm not diabetic but I thought I was so I tried intermittent fasting, exercising and avoiding sweet foods but after 2 months the round callous was still there in my foot. I went to the hospital to have my sugar level tested at the same time have the doctor checked on the callous. My blood sugar level result turn out to be normal and the doctor diagnosed the callous as plantar wart. Here in the Philippines, the old people call it matang isda because it resembles the eye of a fish. The doctor suggested for it to be surgically removed but I rejected it. So I did some research in the internet and found some remedy that works well on getting rid of the plantar wart.
The most effective way of getting rid of plantar wart is by taking oral zinc sulfate for 3 months. Antibiotics won't work on it because the wart is caused by virus and not bacteria. When taking zinc sulfate your immune system is strengthened and it will help kill the virus. Maybe the sulfur in the zinc sulfate helps too. The brand I took was Conzace because it has 25mg of zinc sulfate. From what I read, the higher the dose of zinc sulfate is the better specially if you have large and many warts. All I can find here is Conzace that has zinc sulfate. While the cream that I applied externally in the wart is BL Cream. I apply the cream then cover it with duct tape, scotch tape will do as long as it is covered. Garlic works well too because it has zinc and sulfur. Try the method from the video below:
Zinc Sulfate itself works on getting rid the warts(plantar warts or genital warts) without using any cream or ointment and the suggested dose is 100mg to 220mg. Take it with Vitamin C because it has wound healing properties and boost too the immune system.
