How I Got Rid of my ToothAche

I was addicted to coffee and softdrinks for a few months now and the consequence is toothache. Even just drinking water triggers the tooth pain. From what I read the tooth is cracked and the nerves are exposed. I wanted to go the the dentist to have my molar extracted but I suddenly have the insight to research how to cure my toothache and tooth decay problem without loosing the tooth. After implementing the knowledge I learned from the internet my toothache is long gone now and its very healthy and sturdy. Here is what I did:


1. I avoided any sugary food and drinks since they are the cause of the tooth decay.
2. I avoided coffee, tea and softdrinks because they are very acidic and destroys the enamel.
3. I tried oil pulling for a month using virgin coconut oil.
4. Now this is the important part, I took 1000mg calcium supplement(calcium carbonate 2 tablets spread), sometimes I bite the tablet let it dissolve in the problematic tooth and swish it for 30mins before swallowing. I did this for a week.
5. I took 400mg magnesium supplement(triple complex) for the enamel recovery.
6. I took 2000mg of Vitamin C spread throughout the day for a week for the infection.
7. After a week and when the tooth pain is gone I lessened the dose of calcium and vitamin c in half so I only take now 1000mg of vit c, 500 mg of calcium and 400mg of magnesium as maintenance. I still avoid sugar and coffee. The tooth pain back then was so severe so I don't want to experience it again.
